What You'll Do:

  • Work your magic on tortilla machines to whip up the best tortillas in town.
  • Turn ordinary corn into extraordinary nixtamalized goodness that our customers will crave.
  • Put on your mechanics hat and save the day if a machine decides to take a break.
  • Keep the vibe alive by helping keep our workplace tidy and upbeat.
  • Keep it safe and healthy by following the rules when playing with machines and food.

What You Bring:

  • You've got mechanical experience, previous experience with tortilla machines are advantageous, but not essential.
  • Minimum 3+ years of machine operation experience is required.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing and food handling is highly apprecieted.
  • Team player? More like the team's MVP. You've got the communication chops and good vibes.
  • You're all about that can-do attitude and adapting to whatever the machine throws your way.
  • Learning is your jam – you're up for new tricks and tips.
  • Australian permanent residency is required for this position.
