Are you a skilled timber machinist with a knack for precision and an enthusiasm ?

We're looking for a **Machinist** to operate our horizontal boring and routing machine, which is purpose made for the Lockdowel assembly method.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain the Pro-Edge horizontal boring and routing machine.
- Ensure Lockdowel fittings are inserted correctly, precisely and efficiency.
- Perform mechanical calibrations and adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.
- Use **Jobman 2.0** production software (ERP) to accurately track work times and ensure efficiency standards are met.
- Uphold high standards of accuracy and craftsmanship in all tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in Furniture Making or Cabinet Making factory.
- Previous experience running CNC - Drilling and Dowel Inserting Machine, but similar machinery experience is highly beneficial).
- Strong understanding of mechanics, calibration, and precision work.
- Ability to learn and use production tracking software like **Jobman 2.0**. (ERP)
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment and techniques.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week

Schedule:
