SHOWROOM SALES CONSULTANT

Samios Plumbing Supplies is a proudly Australian family owned and operated plumbing wholesaler, servicing a variety of different sectors including industrial, residential, projects and more Regarded as one of the leading independents, our people strive to provide the highest level of customer service possible.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Showroom Sales Consultant at our Samios Townsville branch. We are seeking an enthusiastic team oriented person who is well organized and shows attention to detail to take on this full time role currently available.

This role offers variety, with duties including (but not limited to):

  • Full responsibility for the day to day running of the Showroom.
  • Customer service (a focus on providing exceptional service to a diverse range of clientele).
  • Order Processing of large volume sales from start to finish.
  • Sales & Quotations (including retail and trade).
  • Merchandising and general housekeeping within the showroom.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you possess the following qualities:

  • A minimum of one year's retail experience.
  • Proven sales and customer satisfaction record.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by promoting a positive/ service-oriented culture.
  • Hold professional, courteous and respectful conduct at all times.
  • To be self-motivated and have a desire to achieve results.
  • Ability to work in a high paced environment, while multitasking.
  • Exceptional communicator both written and verbal.
