The heart of the home lies here, with a totally fresh approach to kitchen design this is a fantastic opportunity to join Australia’s largest Kitchen retailer, this dynamic and vibrant showroom team are looking for a Showroom Sales Manager in Artarmon.
They offer a kitchen design and wardrobe installation experience like no other company in Australia with state-of-the-art showrooms across multiple locations throughout Queensland and New South Wales.
It’s all aboutthe Job
As Showroom Sales Manager you will be joining this small team of showroom staff and designers, working 5 days (including Saturday) 8-5pm you be managing the showroom floor, interacting with staff and customers, creating design appointments and future referrals. On-going support provided along with an attractive employee assistance program with full training, in-depth on-boarding program, and a dedicated 24/7 manager hotline. An attractive salary/commissions and bonus package, exceeding $100k is on offer.

If you are motivated and results-driven - this opportunity is for you You will come with preferably a minimum 5 years’ experience in frontline sales or sales management role with small teams and have a 'hands-on' sales leadership style, exceptional planning, organisation and admin skills with huge focus on attention to detail.
This can also be a great opportunity to start a career in a new industry, with opportunity to progress though the company with great support and training on offer. If you have a background in showroom sales in flooring, white goods, furniture, lighting and/or an interest in interior design or home renovation, then we are keen to hear from you
