Mildura Family Dental is seeking a dentist to join our established and growing team from February 2026, as our current senior clinician transitions out of the role. With a full patient book, strong systems, and a loyal community, this is an ideal opportunity for a dentist ready to make meaningful connections and deliver high-quality care.

• Full Patient Books: Step straight into a high-demand role with an established, loyal patient base.
• Consistent New Patient Flow: With around 70 new patient bookings per month, you'll regularly meet new patients and have the opportunity to transform lives through comprehensive, long-term treatment planning.
• Exposure to All Aspects of Dentistry: Including general, preventative, restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, surgical, and cosmetic procedures.
• Flexible Start Times with Late Shift Benefits: While we operate 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM, your start times can be tailored, and we require at least two late shifts per week. These evening sessions are highly valued by working professionals — which means you'll see highly motivated patients who are often more committed to comprehensive treatment, making your time clinically impactful and financially rewarding.
• Diverse Patient Base: From local families to backpackers and travellers, Mildura offers a unique and varied demographic to work with.
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Ideal for those with 2+ years' experience (new graduates welcome to apply), and mentorship is available for the right candidate. You'll also work alongside a visiting periodontist (Melbourne University graduate) and a team with strong prosthodontic and surgical experience.
• Work-Life Balance: Enjoy the option to condense your schedule to create 3–4 day weekends, perfect for travel, relaxation, or family time.

• A dentist with at least 2 years of experience (but new graduates are welcome to apply)
