We are looking for Program Officer (VPS3) to work with our client in the State Government space This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful programs that support regional communities.

  • Mildura, VIC location
  • Hourly rate: $49.88/hour + Super
  • Anticipated hours; 38 per week
  • Contract Opportunity with an ASAP start until June 2026
  • 100% On-site role (97 Seventh Street, Mildura, VIC

Hudson is seeking an experienced Program Officer to join a regional team supporting the delivery of high-quality professional learning programs. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you'll provide direct support to participants and ensure smooth program delivery from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support participants throughout the full program lifecycle – from registration through to program conclusion
  • Provide program resources, set up rooms (both physical and virtual), and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of defined projects and initiatives
  • Maintain accurate program and participant records
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates, briefings, and support as required
  • Assess participant needs and deliver services in line with operational guidelines
