FULL TIME CHEF (Sous) - THREE GIRLS SKIPPING (GRACEVILLE)

Join our small, hard working, creative kitchen where everything is made in-house. Seasonal menu, artisan baking, house-made sauces + jams, catering, premium desserts, savoury service and full-service dining. We are looking for a qualified chef who loves real food, teamwork, and being part of a community focused business.

About the Role

  • Full time permanent role
  • Hands-on cooking across savoury + pastry
  • Contribute to seasonal menu development and recipe testing
  • Work across café service and catering production
  • Maintain quality, cost control, and food safety standards
  • Mentor, lead and support kitchen team members

Skills + Experience Required

  • Minimum 3–4 years chef experience in a busy kitchen environment
  • Experience across both savoury and pastry essential
  • Ability to work calmly + efficiently in high volume service
  • Understanding and demonstration of food safety
  • Positive, reliable, respectful team member who leads by example

Salary

$77,000 + Superannuation
