The Role

You'll support the finance function of a fast-moving, design-led manufacturing business that's growing and evolving.

That means:

  • Take ownership of invoice processing and reconciliation tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage purchase order amendments and follow through on any required changes or updates
  • Process staff reimbursements and liaise with internal teams to resolve payment issues
  • Monitor outstanding payments and proactively follow up on overdue invoices
  • Provide support across multiple departments, juggling competing priorities with confidence
  • Contribute to process improvements and help streamline day-to-day financial operations

This isn't a back-office role where you just tick boxes and wait for EOFY.

You

You're probably already doing a role like this, but you want more say, more visibility, and less red tape.

You've got:

· 3+ years in a similar role (bonus if it's been in manufacturing, trades or project-based work).

· CPA or CA (or you're working on it).

· A no-nonsense grip on compliance – ATO, BAS, super, FBT.

· The confidence to speak up, not just add up.
