This expanding hospitality group is searching for experienced Café Managers and Assistant Cafe Managers to join their team. With several venues across Adelaide and more on the way, there are multiple positions available - and flexibility to place you in a location near where you live.

Enjoy a business-hours roster (no nights, no weekends) while leading a vibrant café, delivering outstanding service, and mentoring a passionate team.

About the Company

Operating multiple popular cafés across Adelaide, this group is known for excellent coffee, fresh food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Their success comes from consistency, quality, and genuine customer care.

About the Role

In this hands-on position, you'll oversee day-to-day operations while inspiring your team to perform at their best.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate staff to deliver great service
  • Manage sales, rosters, and inventory
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members
  • Ensure food safety, health, and cleanliness compliance
  • Work with senior management to hit targets

What You'll Bring

  • At least 3 years' café or hospitality management experience
  • Strong coffee and food knowledge
  • A love for building high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain systems and standards
