We are looking for a Cafe manager to join our team. A few key responsibilities will include:

  1. Manage the smooth functioning of the café, ensuring consistency in opening hours, service flow, and operational standards.
  2. Train, supervise, and support baristas and café staff to deliver coffee that respects Hark's hallmark of bold, balanced flavour achieved through air-roasting specialty blends and single origins.
  3. Collaborate closely with the Panorama roastery team to align café offerings with roasting schedules, ensure supply flow, and facilitate visibility (e.g., café-roastery glass partition) for customers.
  4. Oversee the small but thoughtfully crafted food menu—pastries, savoury items like bacon-and–egg rolls, and rotating options that complement the coffee.
  5. Foster a welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere—dog-friendly, casual yet carefully curated.
  6. Plan and execute coffee-education sessions, home brewing training, and industry-focused events at Hark's café spaces to engage both wholesale partners and individual enthusiasts.
  7. Support Hark's wholesale offerings by ensuring cafés are stocked with blends, single origins, pods, and subscription products, while also supporting retail presentation of these products in-store.
  8. Implement systems and protocols that uphold radical consistency in service and product quality—mirroring Hark's precision in air-roasting technology applied in café operations.
  9. Responsible for scheduling, inventory oversight, compliance, liaising with suppliers, and acting as the café's main point of contact—ensuring a seamless level of care and professionalism
