EXPERIENCED CAFE STAFF - URAIDLA CAFE

The Uraidla Cafe and Bakery is looking for experienced and motivated cafe staff to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving quality coffee and delicious food in our eclectic Adelaide Hills Cafe. Availability across weekdays as well as weekends is a must.

For the right candidate we also have available a supervisory role and potential for permanent employment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing friendly, warm exceptional customer service.
  • Serving high quality food and beverage items.
  • Ensuring a consistent, high standard of coffee preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Assist the Cafe Manager with stock control, display presentation and cleaning as required.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous cafe and barista experience.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability across weekdays and weekends.
  • A passion for coffee and food is a plus
