About The Opportunity
EPG Engines is excited to offer an opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our successful team in Minchinbury, Sydney.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our customers, managing enquiries while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all customer interactions. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with our dealer and OEM network and supporting our sales and operations teams.

Your Additional Responsibilities Will Include

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Processing orders, preparing quotes, and providing product and pricing information.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure orders and deliveries meet customer expectations.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience and support business growth.

About You

  • A passion and knowledge of Mechanics is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing, ideally in an industrial or technical environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when entering data or processing orders.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
