SEM Windows Pty Ltdis a well known windows and façade company which continuously experiencing significant growth and based in Australian wide. We are actively working with façade engineers and builders like Built, Icon, Lendlease.
About the Role - Project Manager
We are currently looking for a Project Manager with experience to join our friendly and exciting team in Dandenong South in a full-time capacity.
The ideals candidates duties will include, though will not be limited to
- Coordinate labour resources, and procurement and delivery of projects
- Manage project progress and prepare construction programme
- Control and manage all aspects of the projects include finances, suppliers, safety, pricing, compliance
- Provide technical, commercial and functional direction for the projects
About You
- Proven experiences in managing windows/facade projects or similar projects
- Solid knowledge of structures, façade systems, glazing, curtain walls.
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.
- Ability to realize project from original concept through final implementation.
- Liaise with the client on a variety of activities.
- A strong safety focus and flexibility to operate between numerous projects.
