Opportunity:

We are currently seeking an experienced full time Accountant to join our team. The accountant of the company, you will be managing the accounting and reporting requirements, including Accounts Payable and Receivable and general finance functions for different business units of the company. Your role will cover a wide variety of responsibilities.

Main duties and responsibilities:

· Accounts receivable and accounts payable duties including accurate data entry, payment processing, receipting, etc.

· Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy

· Reply supplier queries via phone and email, including reconciling supplier statements

· Petty cash and staff expenses reconciliation

· Bank and credit card reconciliations.

· Month end and year end accounts reconciliation

· Assisting in BAS preparation

· Assist with budget and forecast process

· Handling account queries, including internal & external stakeholders

· Maintenance of accounting files and assisting with the preparation / organization of various financial forms, reports, and financial analyses

· Related ad-hoc

What we want from you:

· Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role

· Degree qualified in Accounting/Finance

· Proficiency in Excel, MS Office

· Experience with financial based software packages (Xero/MYOB)

· Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

· Strong attention in details

· Ability to work in a team and independently

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Bilingual English & Chinese in verbal and writing are essential
