Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Venue Manager at Miami Marketta. The Venue Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inventory, and optimising sales. This role is based in Miami, QLD.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Communication, and Sales skills
  • Experience in Food & Beverage and Training
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • RSA certification
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bar management software is a plus
