About the Role:

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and assisting guests at reception
  • Answering phones and handling enquiries
  • Managing bookings and administrative tasks
  • Supporting our operations team when required

  • Proficiency with computers and booking systems (training provided)
