About the Role

As part of the Joy Villa teaching team, you will:

  • Create engaging, Reggio Emilia-inspired, play-based learning environments that encourage curiosity and creativity.
  • Support and implement programs guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Joy Villa's inquiry-based philosophy.
  • Maintain safe, inclusive, and nurturing spaces where every child feels a sense of belonging.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Contribute to reflection, documentation, and the ongoing Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
  • Uphold our Child Safe and Wellbeing commitments in all daily practice.
About You
  • Qualification: Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
  • Checks & Training: Working With Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Accredited Child Protection & Mandatory Reporting Training.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations, EYLF, and NQS.
  • Attributes: Warm, reflective, and professional; excellent communication and teamwork skills.
