Description

DIPLOMA EDUCATOR POSITION The Position: Langwarrin Preschool is seeking enthusiastic Diploma qualified educator to join our team beginning Term The successful applicant will be dynamic, dedicated, and possess a thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF), the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework (VEYLDF), and the Child Safe Standards. They must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team to create a stimulating, inclusive, and open-ended learning environment. A warm, welcoming, and respectful approach to engaging with children and families is essential. This role is a permanent part time position across two kinder groups. The successful applicant will work a total of 26.25 hours per week (21 hours contact & 5.25 hours non-contact). Group 1: Mon & Thurs & Group 2: Friday – non-contact hours will be discussed with successful applicant. Employment is under the VECTEA award. Above award conditions provided. The successful applicant/s must possess and address the following criteria within their application to be considered for the position:
• Completed a minimum qualification of a Diploma qualification in Children's Services
• Completed current Mandatory Reporting Module
• Current Working with Children Check
• ACECQA approved First Aid Qualification, Anaphylaxis Management Training and Asthma Management Training
• Right to Work in Australia
