About the Role

We are looking for a Part‑Time Accounts Receivable Executive (20 hours per week) to join our finance team in Geelong, Australia. This role involves managing accounts receivable, maintaining accurate records, and engaging in professional conversations with stakeholder to ensure collections are on track.

Key Responsibilities


• Communicate with stakeholders in a professional and diplomatic manner to resolve payment issues.


• Liaise with payable stakeholders (agents) regarding student enrolment and payment matters when required.


• Draft clear and professional emails.


• Use Excel spreadsheets and CRM software effectively to track, analyse, and manage receivables.


• Maintain accurate documentation and follow‑up records in line with college policies.


• Approach tasks proactively, offering ideas to improve processes and enhance efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance.


• 1–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or finance-related roles.


• Must currently reside in Geelong, Australia.


• Superior English language skills (IELTS 7.5+ or equivalent).


• Proficient in using MS Excel and CRM software.


• Customer‑friendly attitude and quick learner.


• Well‑presented, professional, and groomed for representing the college brand.
