About the role
As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will play a vital role in empowering customers in their journey to provide exceptional outcomes for their business by creating impactful ServiceNow solutions. By crafting exceptional ServiceNow experiences, you will have the opportunity to shape and participate in a diverse range of projects, including transformative implementations, innovative application development, and industry-leading managed services. In this hands-on position, your primary focus will be on creating resilient technical solutions across IT, Customer, and Employee Workflows, all while prioritizing the success of our valued customers.
This is a versatile role, combining both technical and functional expertise, where your contributions will encompass immersive,
hands-on ServiceNow implementation
tasks each day. As an integral part of our team, you will not only envision and design innovative solutions but also bring them to fruition, alongside a collaborative group of passionate ServiceNow specialists who share your dedication.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to foster close collaboration with the sales and pre-sales teams, jointly identifying and advancing customer opportunities. Their valuable contributions to the company's growth will be recognized and duly rewarded, acknowledging their significant role in driving success and nurturing meaningful connections.

What You'll Bring:
- Demonstrable history of delivering robust, best-practice based ServiceNow implementations.
- Experienced in writing Javascript, Angular JS, and other scripting in ServiceNow.
- Experience writing ServiceNow server-side scripting including business rules and script.
- Solid skills/experience working with Development APIs.
- Expertise in ServiceNow automation integrations and setups through ServiceNow Orchestration and Web Services.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving business process and/or technical problems.
- Ability to deliver effectively and efficiently by working autonomously as well as within a team.
