About the Role

We're looking for a versatile Sales/Marketing Assistant who understands both creative and performance marketing. This role suits someone with strong technical skills and an eye for design who can confidently assist with day-to-day marketing execution.

You'll work across video content, Meta and Google campaigns, Klaviyo email marketing, and social media helping deliver campaigns that actually perform.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with Meta and Google Ads setup, optimisation, and reporting
  • Help plan and create Klaviyo email and SMS campaigns
  • Support content creation, including basic video editing and graphic design
  • Manage and schedule social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
  • Assist in developing creative strategy and campaign ideas
  • Help with landing page optimisation and basic web updates
  • Report on marketing performance and suggest improvements

What We're Looking For

  • Experience or strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Klaviyo
  • Basic skills in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva or Adobe Suite)
  • Understanding of social media marketing and trends
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Comfortable working autonomously and meeting deadlines

Hours & Pay

  • 5–15 hours per week
  • Flexible schedule (mix of remote + on-site if Melbourne-based)
  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience
