At Nanosonics, we're revolutionising infection prevention with innovative medical technology that saves lives. We're looking for a passionate People & Culture Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help support the people behind this purpose.
About the Role
As a key member of our People & Culture team, you'll provide high-quality HR administrative support across the full employee lifecycle in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role is crucial to ensuring compliance, accuracy, and an exceptional employee experience for a workforce focused on delivering world-class medical devices.
Key Responsibilities
- HRIS Management: Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems (e.g., Employment Hero, BambooHR, ELMO); conduct regular audits.
- Lifecycle Support: Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, role changes, and compliance checks across APAC and EMEA.
- Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure processes align with TGA, ISO 13485, WHS and quality standards; update SOPs and implement efficiencies.
- Talent Support: Assist with global recruitment coordination, candidate management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare workforce metrics and contribute to talent analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- First-line Support: Respond to employee queries with professionalism and care, escalating when necessary.
- General Admin: Manage P&C invoices, support internal communications, and maintain documentation and templates.
What You'll Bring
- 3–5 years' experience in HR coordination or administration, ideally in healthcare, pharma, or medical device industries.
- Strong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation; exposure to UK, Ireland, France or Germany is a bonus.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a passion for process, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Outstanding communication skills and a team-first, can-do attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), HRIS, SharePoint, Canva, Docusign and Culture Amp.
- Bonus points for familiarity with ELMO, BambooHR, Power BI, or Litmos.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or working towards one).
