The Role: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in leading and coordinating various IT projects from conception to completion. Your mission: deliver projects on time, on budget, and beyond expectations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, milestones, and budgets.
  • Lead project teams, provide direction, and track progress using the latest project tools.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and manage scope changes effectively.
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams through meetings, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and conduct post-project evaluations.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in project coordination, administration, or development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft or Google Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to prioritise, adapt quickly, and solve problems with a cool head.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement.
