The Opportunity:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads, set up meetings, and create opportunities for the sales team. You will work closely with our Account Executives to develop targeted strategies and ensure a smooth handover of leads.
What We Are Looking For:
- Highly self-motivated driven individual with a results-driven approach.
- You are eager to learn and have the passion to develop sales skills.
- You posses the ability to both work indepentely and working in a collaboritve team enviroment.
- You have a hunter mentality and not afraid to pick up the phone
- Have experience in an outbound sales role.
- Time Management & Organisational Skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls and emails to generate new leads.
- Set up meetings and appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Track and manage leads via a CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within the Real Estate Industry.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of residential safety compliance regulations in Victoria.
