About the role:

We're looking for a highly organised, deadline-smashing Accounts Officer to join us on a Full Time contract. You'll be supporting our Sales & Service operation with all things accounts - from payables and receivables to month-end prep. You'll report to our Financial Controller and work alongside a friendly and down-to-earth team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the end-to-end Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers and our internal team
  • Support with GL reconciliations, journals, and inter-company transactions
  • Pitch in with payroll backup when needed
  • Help implement new systems and improve existing processes

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in a similar finance or accounts role
  • A team-first mindset - you're proactive, communicative and happy to help
  • Strong knowledge of ERPs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excel skills that make people jealous
  • Confidence working in a high-volume environment
  • Discretion and professionalism - especially when handling sensitive info
