The Role
  • Speak with customers over the phone to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while achieving individual and team targets

  • Grow your skills through regular feedback, call reviews, and ongoing development sessions
What We're Looking For
  • Sales or phone sales experience desirable but not essential
  • Confident and calm over the phone
  • Driven and resilient - people who love sales are a must
  • Empathetic, positive and able to build relationships
