About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Despatch Team Member to join our Cranbourne West warehouse. In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring all customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all orders are dispatched efficiently and within set timeframe
  • Operate forklifts (LF) safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload trucks with accuracy and care
  • Maintain a clean, organised despatch area
  • Identify and resolve issues to keep despatch running smoothly
  • Work collaboratively with the wider warehouse team

What We're Looking For

  • Current LF forklift licence with proven safe operating experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive, can-do attitude and reliable work ethic
  • Ability to problem-solve under pressure
  • Previous despatch experience preferred
  • RF scanning experience highly regarded
  • Full working rights in Australia

Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
