We are one of the largest providers of wholesale industrial products in Australia. With more than 15 distribution centres across Australia, we supply a broad range of high-quality products with fast and reliable delivery to support our customers' business needs.

We continue to invest in testing, improving and expanding our product range so that we remain the supplier of choice in our industry. We are now seeking a Branch Team Leader who is ready for the next step in their career and wants to grow into a long-term leadership role. You will lead our Sunshine West branch across warehouse operations, customer service, administration and internal sales.

About the role

You will take ownership of the daily operations of the branch and ensure our customers receive a consistent and professional level of service every time they engage with us. This includes supporting our internal team, maintaining strong branch presentation and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.

Duties
  • Lead and support the warehouse team across all receiving, dispatch and operational responsibilities
  • Manage customer service and internal sales to ensure all enquiries, orders and account requests are handled promptly and professionally
  • Oversee order processing and administration to maintain accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure stock from local suppliers or branch transfers are received and processed correctly
  • Maintain strong stock control including regular stocktakes
  • Uphold high standards of warehouse safety, organisation and presentation for both customers and staff
  • Ensure the branch is clean, safe and well presented at all times
  • Prepare regular reporting for the Area Manager
  • Lead by example and take ownership of the internal sales and operations functions
