Talent Connect is currently partnering with a reputable property organisation looking for multiple administration assistants and concierge to start immediately across various locations in Sydney.

About you

  • A background in administration, reception, or concierge highly regarded
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are proactive with a can do attitude
  • You will have the ability to work autonomously and enjoy supporting a team
  • Flexible and adaptable as no two days are the same

Key requirements

  • Previous concierge, reception, front of house, or administration experience
  • Previous property or building management experience is highly desirable
  • Polished presentation with corporate business attire
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Available to commence immediately
