Drafting Team Leader
to take charge of their Brisbane drafting operations.

Your Role:

As Drafting Team Leader, you will manage a team of draftspeople and coordinate project deliverables across multiple high-profile construction projects. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring exceptional
Revit expertise
, strong
project scheduling
skills, and a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of mechanical draftspeople
  • Oversee and coordinate drafting output to meet project timelines
  • Create, review, and manage Revit models and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Develop and implement best-practice workflows and standards within the drafting team

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Proven experience as a senior draftsperson or drafting team leader in the mechanical/HVAC industry
  • Expert-level Revit MEP skills – essential
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, coordination, and services integration
  • Demonstrated project scheduling and delivery coordination skills
  • Excellent communication, time management, and team leadership abilities
