Who We're Looking For

We're seeking male and female disability support workers who align with specific participant preferences. Some participants have requested support workers who are culturally compatible and trauma-informed, with a preference for non-African backgrounds due to personal experiences. We kindly ask applicants to respect these requests, as they are essential to the emotional wellbeing of those we support.

What You'll Do

  • Provide emotional and physical support

  • Assist with daily routines, transfers, and outings

  • Build meaningful relationships with participants

  • Empower people to live with dignity and joy

What You'll Need

  • Cert III/IV in Disability or Individual Support

  • Experience with hoist/Sara Steady and complex care

  • First Aid & CPR, Manual Handling, Medication Training

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check, WWCC

  • Driver's Licence + right to work in Australia

  • COVID-19 vaccination + infection control training
