In the role of Home Loan Business Banker, you will join an expert team of Business Bankers that's doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Grow the consumer lending book through identifying and meeting customers' needs and maximising customer retention.
  • Determine customers' goals and aspirations through quality conversations and deepening customer relationships at every interaction.
  • Unlocking new home lending needs by identifying opportunities within existing portfolios, working with aligned Bankers to generate new referrals, local business generation activities and targeted marketing strategies and activities.
  • Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and service is achieved by accurate and timely processing of all lending applications.

  • A high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Drive and tenacity.
  • Experience and enjoyment of all aspects for financial analysis.
  • Demonstrated lending experience.
  • Passion for relationship management and a proactive approach to improving the customer experience.
  • NAB System knowledge – Siebel, OBP and EBL
  • A collaborative approach and strong team player mindset.
