In the role of Small Business Banker, you will join the South-West NSW team that's doubling down on customer obsession
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
Proactively manage a portfolio of small business customers, prioritising exceptional service at every interaction
Support clients with both Home Lending and Business Lending needs, delivering tailored solutions
Generate revenue through identifying and executing on lending and non-lending opportunities
Engage with your local community, building partnerships that help small businesses thrive
Ensure compliance and risk management, adhering to operational and regulatory requirements
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
Experience in sales and/or business lending experience (including term/mortgage loan or asset-based finance)
Proven track record in the Financial Services sector, with strong commercial acumen
Previous retail or business banking experience, uncovering client needs and delivering solutions
Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets across different economic cycles
Tertiary qualification in Business or relevant industry experience preferred
