In the role of Small Business Banker, you will join the South-West NSW team that's doubling down on customer obsession

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of small business customers, prioritising exceptional service at every interaction

  • Support clients with both Home Lending and Business Lending needs, delivering tailored solutions

  • Generate revenue through identifying and executing on lending and non-lending opportunities

  • Engage with your local community, building partnerships that help small businesses thrive

  • Ensure compliance and risk management, adhering to operational and regulatory requirements

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Experience in sales and/or business lending experience (including term/mortgage loan or asset-based finance)

  • Proven track record in the Financial Services sector, with strong commercial acumen

  • Previous retail or business banking experience, uncovering client needs and delivering solutions

  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets across different economic cycles

  • Tertiary qualification in Business or relevant industry experience preferred
