The company operates mines and processing plants in the Murchison and Southern Goldfields, key gold-producing regions in Western Australia.
Role Description
- Serve as the first point of contact for Quartex (formerly INX) system users, providing support through the internal portal and assisting with everyday system usage and issue resolution.
- Support the Senior Business Partner – Systems in managing the operation, maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the Quartex platform.
- Develop expertise in additional systems and applications as needed, offering user support and stakeholder engagement across those platforms.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Quartex (formerly INX) systems, with strong product knowledge and user support capabilities.
- Advanced problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues, seek guidance when appropriate, develop practical solutions, and implement them effectively.
- High level of computer literacy and a strong aptitude for learning and navigating business systems and applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage and present across all levels of the organisation.
- Willingness to learn and support additional systems and applications; experience with platforms such as Pronto, SharePoint, or similar is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong understanding of secure data handling and compliance with company policies.
- Working knowledge of document control processes and standards will be highly regarded.
