About the role
Our Brisbane office has an exciting career opportunity in our growing Commonwealth Government practice for a Law Graduate who is currently undertaking or about to undertake their practical legal training.
You will be involved in work for a range of Commonwealth Government agencies, including providing advice in relation to administrative decisions, reviews in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and various public law issues.
About you
You will be detail-oriented, with exceptional communication and drafting skills and good academic results. Experience in any of the following is preferred:
• providing advice on statutory interpretation.
• advising on administrative law matters.
• participating in merits review in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
• dealing with commonwealth statutory schemes, particularly Comcare and NDIS.
