Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Law Staff Full time $180,000 - $250,000 per year

This is the premier team for ambitious lawyers seeking to work on billion-dollar disputes with elite clients. You'll advise governments, contractors, and top-tier consultants on Australia's most complex, high-profile construction and infrastructure disputes.

Supported by two partners, you'll work on strategic resolutions for landmark disputes through litigation, arbitration, and ADR across:

  • Multi-party construction contract disputes
  • Proceedings in the QLD Supreme Court
  • Complex defective work claims against contractors
  • High-value Adjudications
  • Energy & resources disputes
  • Arbitration proceedings
  • Time extensions, delay costs, and liquidated damages matters
  • Defending counterclaims
  • Joint venture Project Disputes

  • 4+ years' experience in dispute resolution
  • Are at Associate or Junior SA level
  • Construction experience desirable but not essential
  • Strong technical expertise, with a track record of working on large matters
  • Experience in mentoring junior lawyers
