The Opportunity
We're looking for a
Business Insights Analyst
to help shape our journey toward becoming a truly data-driven organisation. In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with teams across the business to turn complex data into clear, meaningful insights that guide operational, financial, and strategic decisions.

Key focus: Power BI reporting, process improvement, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
What You'll Do
Reporting & Dashboarding

  • Build, maintain, and enhance reports using Power BI and Excel.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver decision-supporting dashboards.

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Analyse trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Deliver actionable insights with a strong focus on data accuracy.

Support Financial Processes

  • Assist with financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Help manage the Jedox financial planning system (training provided).

Ad Hoc Reporting & Stakeholder Support

  • Respond to custom data requests and performance reporting needs.
  • Provide training and maintain reporting documentation.

Process Improvement

  • Transition manual reports to automated solutions.
  • Identify ways to simplify and improve data processes.

What You'll Bring
Proficiency in
Excel
(pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas)

Experience With Power BI Or Other Visualisation Tools
Strong data accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to clearly communicate insights to both technical and non-technical users

Collaborative, curious, and proactive approach

Bonus If You Have

  • Familiarity with financial reports or planning tools like Jedox
  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting
