About the Role

We are growing and we want YOU We currently have a fulltime opportunity available for an experienced Senior Human Resources Officer at our Liverpooloffice.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting and supporting employees and managers with general HR enquiries, tasks and responsibilities within your dedicated region.
  • Preparing contracts and formal documentation, liaising with managers and key stakeholders.
  • Participating in the transition to ELMO HRIS
  • Entering and maintaining employee data in the payroll system (CHRIS / ELMO)
  • Active involvement and mentoring in disciplinary matters and performance management.
  • HR Administration; including maintaining electronic personnel files, documentation and onboarding preparations.
  • Actively contribute to supporting the growth and progress of the business whilst positively supporting the business perception of the HR Team.
  • Project work on an ad hoc basis.

Candidates must possess the following skills & experience:

  • 5+ years previous experience in a similar role for a multi-site business environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills & excellent administration skills.
  • Well-developed communication skills, professional manner and appreciation of sensitive information.
  • Strong ability to manage and achieve multiple tasks and responsibilities within the prescribed timeframes.
  • The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medicalexamination.
