About the roles: Multiple positions available

Hamo Hospitality is seeking dedicated Restaurant and Function supervisors to join our team in Geelong, Victoria. We have full-time and part time positions, offering a competitive salary, above award rates  and excellent benefits including company wide discounts

What you'll be doing:

·       Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests

·       Motivating and leading a restaurant and venue team to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity

·       Assist in Overseeing and managing day-to-day venue operations

·       Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, council regulations, food handling and OH&S regulations.

·       Plan and conduct ongoing staff training

What we're looking for:

·       Must have restaurant, function or bar supervisor experience

·       Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive, friendly demeanour

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment

·       Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

·       Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·       Understanding of financial forecasting, budgeting and reporting

·       Food safety and responsible service of alcohol (RSA) certification required
