About Us

Collective Logistics is a rapidly growing, locally owned Third Party Logistics (3PL) business in the heart of Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. With a strong foundation already in place, we are now ready to define our brand, expand our reach, and position ourselves as the logistics partner of choice for premium businesses.

We're looking for a contract Digital Marketing Specialist (30-40hrs/month)to help us establish and grow our marketing presence from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice, campaigns, and strategy of a fast-moving ecommerce focused logistics company at an exciting stage of growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage full-funnel digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and TikTok.
  • Build awareness through compelling storytelling, short-form video, and industry-specific content.
  • Generate quality leads using case studies, testimonials, and targeted campaigns.
  • Manage conversion strategies, including retargeting, gated content, and nurturing email sequences.
  • Oversee content production: social media posts, email campaigns, SEO content, and website updates.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and videographers to deliver high-quality short-form content.
  • Coordinate partnerships with industry groups, influencers, and creators for authentic brand exposure.
  • Optimize campaigns daily, track performance, and ensure ROI targets.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within service-based industries.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, including campaign management and optimisation.
  • Strong design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) for creating polished, on-brand campaign assets.
  • Ability to analyse campaign data, track KPIs, and optimise for performance.
  • Strong storytelling and content strategy skills, with a knack for building brand identity.
  • Experience managing or directing short-form video and content creators is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
