**Your New Role**:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our passionate team of marketing technologists to become an expert in marketing automation and associated marketing solutions. This role is varied across digital marketing with a focus on using marketing cloud software from our partners - Oracle and Braze.

**Your Responsibilities**:
As well as learning the technology, we are looking for someone who can put their money where their mouth is by implementing creative, daring and intuitive digital campaigns that drive amazing results. This is a very dynamic role; we need someone who is independent, tenacious and ready to learn.

You will be involved in a range of tasks such as:

- Working in the marketing team to deliver engaging and effective marketing campaigns, including developing campaign copy, design, testing and implementation
- Preparing audience journeys and segmenting contacts
- Analysing and reporting on campaign data
- Project management
- Assisting our current account managers with client campaigns

**You will have**:

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications
- Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
- Quick learner who is confident adapting to new technologies and digital platforms
- Ability to work autonomously and manage client expectations with confidence - a self-starter
- The right to full-time employment in Australia (no temporary permit holders will be considered)

**We’re also looking for (but is not essential)**:

- Prior experience with any marketing automation or CRM platform will be held in high regard
- Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Content writing skills

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burleigh Heads, QLD 4220: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
