About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. You'll use your expertise across SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing to generate leads and enhance our online presence.

You'll also work with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics, and leverage Microsoft Dynamics for CRM and marketing automation, ensuring precision in lead nurturing and customer engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan and execute SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns.
  • Develop SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings.
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics to manage customer journeys and automation workflows.
  • Maintain and update WordPress websites, using HTML/CSS for on-page SEO.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals.
  • Optimise website performance through A/B testing and CRO initiatives.
  • Create compelling digital content – from landing pages to social media posts.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and marketing automation.
  • Strong technical skills in WordPress, HTML, and CSS.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
