About the role

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Mowing and garden maintenance professional to join our team in the Brighton & Malvern East area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality gardening services to our residential and commercial clients between Glen Iris and Hampton.

What you'll be doing

  • Regularly maintain and care for gardens, lawns, and other landscaped areas
  • Perform tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and leaf removal
  • Identify and address any issues or problems with the gardens (Training available)
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with client requirements
  • Maintain and clean all gardening equipment and tools
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

What we're looking for

  • Some knowledge of plant care, lawn maintenance, and general gardening practices preferable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality work
  • A current driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
