About the role

Total Garden Management Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Gardener to join our team in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, VIC. This full-time role is responsible for maintaining the gardens and soft landscaping of our clients Bay side (Brighton-Middle Park) and Eastern suburbs. If you have a passion for horticulture and take pride in delivering exceptional results, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform regular gardening and landscaping maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and plant care
  • Assist with the installation and establishment of new gardens, trees, and shrubs
  • Identify and treat plant pests and diseases
  • Operate and maintain various gardening equipment and tools
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Ensure all work is carried out to high standards and in a safe manner

What we're looking for

  • Experience preferred but not necessary
  • Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant health, and gardening techniques
  • Ability to operate and maintain various gardening equipment and tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Good communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
  • A willingness to learn
