As a Masta Data Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of supplier and customer records within our Transaction Services team.

This full-time hybrid position (3 days in-office) is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with a passion for compliance, data governance, and continuous improvement.

You'll be part of a collaborative team based in Collins Street, supporting financial systems and corporate expense platform administration.

Please note this is a permanent full-time role with hybrid working arrangements.

About the role

  • Maintain accurate and compliant supplier and customer data in financial systems.
  • Champion and promote compliance policies and procedures.
  • Respond to data entry and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Support data hygiene and cleansing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers/customers to validate data.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives across the team.
  • Support Concur expense system administration activities.

Skills and experience

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Passion for compliance and data governance.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.

Experience:

  • 2+ years' experience in system/database administration, master data maintenance, or similar.
  • Experience with workforce compliance systems (e.g., HSE, HRIS) is advantageous.
  • Financial systems experience (ERP); SAP highly regarded.
  • Exposure to telecommunications or utilities industry desirable.
  • Strong Excel skills, including analysis of large datasets.
