Are you an experienced facilities professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a purpose-driven organisation? Ear Science Institute Australia is seeking a proactive and detail-orientated Facilities Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of our clinic network and corporate sites.

About the role:

Reporting to the National Manager, Clinical Services and working closely with stakeholders across ICT, Finance and People and Culture, you will be responsible for managing multiple sites, including our national network of Lions Hearing clinics, our corporate head office in Subiaco, and additional office spaces.

This role plays a vital part in supporting our clinical growth, ensuring compliance, and maintaining safe, functional environments for our teams and our clients.

This is a part time position (25 hours per week) with flexibility required during times of increased workload. Your ability to adapt to changing needs and increasing demands will be essential in supporting our expanding operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of clinic leases, including renewals, negotiations and compliance.
  • Act as the main contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration in site operations and maintenance.
  • Ensure WHS compliance in collaboration with the People and Culture team.
  • Coordinate the identification and evaluation of new sites for clinic expansion or relocation.
  • Oversee new clinic set ups and refurbishments, including securing council approvals, obtaining building permits, liaising with contractors and overseeing fit out requirements.
  • Prepare and manage budgets related to facilities management, maintenance and repairs.

About you:

  • 3-5 years' experience in multi-site facilities management, preferably in healthcare or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of lease agreements, property law and health and safety regulations.
  • Proven track record in managing budgets effectively while prioritising multiple projects across various locations.
  • Advanced communication skills with excellent stakeholder management.
  • Willingness to travel between clinic locations as required.
