We're on the hunt for an autonomous, relationship-focused Sales Representative to take ownership of a growing territory across Victoria & South Australia, working with both wholesale accounts and corporate clients. You'll be the face of a trusted Aussie brand, driving sales and building strong partnerships through genuine connection and product passion.

This is a field-based role with regular travel throughout the region. You'll represent the brand at industry events and trade shows, supported by a collaborative national team and regular check-ins with head office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale and corporate accounts across Victoria & South Australia
  • Introduce new product ranges and seasonal campaigns to customers
  • Distribute promotional materials and manage the order process
  • Attend trade shows and rural events to promote the brand (all expenses paid)
  • Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-up and product knowledge
  • Represent the brand with pride in both rural and metro settings
  • Provide regular updates and insights to head office

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in sales, account management, or a customer-facing industry such as retail
  • A strong passion for country lifestyle, agriculture, or equestrian culture ESSENTIAL
  • The ability to build rapport with a wide range of customers; from rural retailers to corporate buyers
  • A genuine, down-to-earth nature and a love for connecting with people
  • Confidence working independently with strong time management and follow-up skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout SA and VIC (and a current driver's licence)
  • A desire to represent a brand with integrity, authenticity, and pride
