If you don't want to be stuck behind a desk, this is for you. One day you might be mowing the yard or tidying the workshop, the next helping prep a tractor for delivery, assisting a technician in the field, or dropping off parts to a customer. If you're the type of person who likes to roll up your sleeves and help out wherever you're needed, you'll fit right in.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing new and used machinery for delivery
  • Keeping the yard, workshop, and branch clean, tidy, and safe
  • Mowing, weeding, spraying, and general maintenance
  • Cleaning company vehicles and customer machines
  • Assisting technicians with servicing, repairs, and moving equipment
  • Delivering parts to customers when required
  • Helping with stocktakes, demo days, and other team activities
  • Representing Emmetts with great customer service and professionalism

What we're looking for

  • A practical, can-do attitude
  • Confidence using tools, vehicles, and equipment
  • Basic mechanical know-how (welding/oxy skills a bonus)
  • Able to work independently but also pitch in as part of a team
  • Current driver's licence (MR/HR and forklift licence desirable)
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and takes pride in their work
