We're looking for a creative and highly organised PR & Influencer Coordinator to join our fast-paced team.
Reporting to the PR & Influencer Manager, you'll play a key role in driving brand awareness through paid influencer campaigns, events, and media outreach.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of Gen Z culture, excellent communication skills, and a flair for creating standout brand moments.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Deliver high-impact paid influencer campaigns, focused on brand reach and ROI
  • Plan and execute influencer/PR events.
  • Conceptualise brand activations and events that create amazing experiences for influencers and that support company objectives and key words.
  • Collaborate on customer retail activations in store,
  • Maintain influencer relationships and build pathways to long-term ambassadorships
  • Execute all campaigns on time and within budget
  • Pitch media outlets and secure press features.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers in relevant industries.
  • Create compelling press releases, pitches, and other communication materials.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for brand exposure.
  • Manage a budget and forward plan associated costs.
  • Fully report on the ROI of an event or activation
  • Liaise with all vendors and organise on the day coordination of the event and the wider team.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role in influencer marketing, PR, or events.
  • A solid understanding of the Gen Z fashion landscape and creator economy
  • Exceptional organisation, project management, and communication skills
  • Proven experience delivering ROI-driven influencer activations
  • A natural relationship builder who thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
